We
require payment in advance for our dinner theatre reservations. For that reason, we prefer that you use this
form, rather than the phone. Please
print this page**, complete the form, and mail it with your check to the
address on the form.
** Important: Change your print layout to landscape before
printing. Use the Print option from the
File menu, check the Printer properties to be sure it is set to Landscape, and
then only print Page 2. You may want to
print it in B+W, rather than color.
While we
can take phone reservations, they are not considered firm until payment is
received.
